Questions About Your Order

How long does shipping take?

Western Threads Hat Company designs and stitches our HATS in-house. All in-house items will be shipped to you within 2-5 business days after receiving your payment. During the holiday season (Black Friday, Christmas, ETC), please allow 4-6 business days for your order to ship.

How do we ship?

We ship all of our products through the USPS.

You will be provided shipping confirmation via email/text once your shipping label is created. 

Our shipping confirmation will contain your tracking number, making it easy for you to track your order.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order up until the time it has shipped from our headquarters. If your order has already shipped, you cannot cancel it. Once it is returned, we can fully refund you.

What do I do if I put in the wrong address?

Please note that the customer is responsible for putting in the correct address at checkout. If need be, contact us by email to get your address resolved before shipping.
