Did you change your mind and want to exchange your order for a different cap? As long as your order is unworn, unused and damage-free within the 14 days of receiving your product, all you need to do is send your order to the following address:

What is your exchange policy?
  • Exchanges accepted within 14 days of purchase. Please note that returns are only credited as gift cards.
  • Your order must be returned in its original condition for resale. 
  • If the returned order shows signs of wear then an exchange/refund will not be granted. 
  • If the return was declared worn, we will send it back to the customer.
  • For exchanges, please note that the exchange must be for a product of equal or lesser value.

Do I have to pay to send my order back?

Customers are responsible for shipping all exchanges back to us.

Which method of shipping should I use to send back my items?

We recommend using the post office (USPS) for all returns. We highly recommend securing a tracking number for your return, as WTHC will not be liable for any returns lost in transit.

How do I know my exchange has been processed?

Please allow up to 7 business days for processing from the time we receive your return. For exchanges, you will receive an email confirmation when your exchanged cap(s) is on its way to you. For returns, you will receive an email when you have been refunded with a gift card.
